Saturday we stepped out to my aunt's house for dinner and quality time with family.
My cousins from Texas were here for the weekend and we had the best time catching up
and enjoying each other. It was our last lazy Saturday before school starts this week and
we took full advantage: swinging on the porch, long talks under the stars, enjoying each
other to the fullest. It has been the most wonderful summer and as excited as I am for
Isabelle to start a new school year, I am sad to see this season go. Although, it's hard to
think of summer as being "over" when it's 105 degrees outside! Which is why I LOVE
this ensemble I got from Forever 21: these shorts are so light and airy, made of the
softest and most wearable cotton, they are perfect for this weather! They are so light, in
fact, that my mother asked me why I was wearing boxer shorts in public.
